Co-founder, Creative Director

Fedor Kondarkov

With 20 years of experience in communication design and art direction, Fedor has delivered numerous projects both as part of in-house teams and in collaboration with external partners. His background includes fintech startups, advertising campaigns, branding, and more. In recent years, he worked directly within the development team of a major military-themed MMO developer, focusing on GUI design. At the studio, he is responsible for the overall project vision, visual style, team management, and development processes.

Co-founder, Strategic Partner

Sergey Moiseev

An experienced executive with many years of managing businesses across diverse industries. He is currently a partner in a successful international company specializing in logistics and construction (aximine.com). Previously, he held a senior leadership position at the Russian Technological University (MIREA). Within the team, he is responsible for finance and strategic negotiations, providing a solid foundation for the company’s growth and development.

Technical Director, Lead Unity Developer

Andrey Baranov

A professional with seven years of experience in game development for mobile platforms and PC. Andrey has worked both in small teams, managing entire projects on his own, and in large studios, leading development teams and mentoring other programmers. In our team, he is responsible for the game’s technical architecture, optimization, and core mechanics.

Pavel Manzhos

An experienced indie developer and a contributor to team projects in the genres of casual games and mini-strategies. Within the team, he is responsible for developing gameplay mechanics, balancing systems, and implementing game ideas.
